A large part of that success is a result of the trusted expertise that makes up our team in the License & Title Department. This team of four has over 70 combined years of experience in this unique industry, and because they know the difficulties our customers face when it comes to compliance of a vehicle, they strive to offer flexibility whenever possible, as every day can bring new challenges in the counties, cities and states they oversee.
Along with flexibility, Union Leasing prides itself on its efficiency, whether it be the renewal rate previously mentioned, or the ability to manage all aspects of a fleets’ compliance through our internal customized tracking system. This system, created by one of our own employees, tracks when a vehicle triggers a violation, as well as identify what vehicles are within 60 days of a renewal. A very proactive approach.
Furthermore, our relationships with not only our customers but with the specific DMVs allow for industry advantages like working directly with each state, saving the customer money on the agent processing fees.
